Educating the Whole Child
Step 1: Discover
Our elementary curriculum is designed with the whole child in mind. We don’t wait until middle school or high school to start teaching students how to think correctly. We teach students how to think and see the whole picture at the early ages. Our elementary curriculum is divided into two distinct levels. Our K-2 grade approach each time period in an integrated unit study containing history, literature, language arts, and more. For 3rd grade and above, integrated Home Companion Series texts offers an integrated approach to history, literature, grammar, and composition as well as exploring a foundational Biblical worldview.
Step 2: Design
Middle School Curriculum
Our Middle school curriculum is designed to teach students to see the world clearly through the lens of Scripture and to apply those principles to their own lives through the integration of leading ideas into all subject areas: history, literature, grammar, composition, and worldview.
Step 3: Develop
The Artios Home Companion Series for High School is designed to teach students to reason, relate, discern, express themselves as critical thinkers. They are taught to recognize all ideas and art forms as either Truth, or something that stands opposed to Truth. They are taught to discern Truth based on the Truth of Scripture. Artios students are taught how to apply that Truth to their own lives through the integration of leading ideas and Biblical principles into all subject areas: history, literature, grammar, composition, and worldview.
