Unit Description

The rise of Islam is a pivotal moment in history. The effects of Islam are still seen and experienced by us today. While there are many negative effects of Islam in the modern world, they are also responsible for many great things, such as, the rediscovery of Plato, Aristotle, and the preservation of many of the great Greek thinkers. This unit will allow the reader to know and understand the Rise of Islam as well as its founder, Mohammmed.
